Submitting an order
Submitting the checkout form sends us an order request. It does not charge you. A contract of sale is formed when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and we accept the order.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars. The order total, including any shipping charge, is calculated on the server when the order is submitted. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you before any payment is requested or refund any payment already received for it.
Payment
Payment is made through a secure payment link generated by our payment provider for the exact order total. Payment links are issued after our team reviews the order. We never ask for card numbers or security codes by email or telephone.
Delivery
Delivery details you provide are used as entered. Please check your address and phone number before submitting an order. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false orders, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith based on the information available to us.
